Comprehensive Soil Assessment

The first step in developing a biological landcare plan is a comprehensive soil assessment.

Our standard Comprehensive Soil Assessment includes:

  • site visit and visual assessment

  • soil compaction assessment (on-site)

  • soil sampling for lab analysis

  • soil biology assessment (performed in our lab)

  • soil mineral analysis (through a preferred chemistry lab) with recommendations following Dr. William Albrecht’s method of soil minerals balancing

Additional assessments (such as irrigation water testing, infiltration assessment, refractometer BRIX% readings, etc.) may be recommended based on the project scope.

Based on the results of the assessment, a report with recommendations will be emailed to the customer and further steps will be discussed.

    1. Request soil assessment

Please, fill out the request form below.

  • 2. Site visit

During a site visit, we will take visual observations of the land, measure soil compaction, and take samples to be tested in a lab.
